- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- Cancellation Requests: If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. In such cases, you will need to follow our return process outlined below.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp. Include your order number and details of the items you wish to return in your request.
- Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
